HRTECH.be believes technology is a driving force in a rapidly changing world of work. It will be instrumental in designing more efficient processes, creating an engaging employee experience and enable better decision making.
We awards the HRTECH.team to celebrate successful cases and innovative development, and a second award to encourage a promising startup.
HRTECH.award for the HRTECH team of the year
The first HRTECH.2022.award will be given to a Belgian HRTECH.team that concluded a strong HRTECH project in 2022.
Who can apply?
- HR teams with a scope of 100+ employees.
- Companies that aren’t HR services providers.
What are the criteria?
Criterium 1: Organizational impact
- The project had a strategic scope.
- It had a clear impact during last year in the organization (2021 + Q1, Q2 2022).
- The project was more ambitious than the digitalization of an HR process or the implementation of a tool.
Criterium 2: Innovative character
- The project does not only address traditional problems, but also anticipates future changes.
- It was tailormade and anticipated fundamental changes in the organization and its business environment.
Criterium 3: Results
- The project has demonstrable added value for the organization and its employees.
- Its added value can be clearly demonstrated and measured.
HRTECH.award for the HRTECH startup of the year
The second HRTECH.2022.award will go to the HRTECH startup that designed solutions for real HR-business needs.
Who can apply?
- New ventures, founded in 2017 or later
- With a strong growth potential and a scalable business model (digital product or service).
- Offers an impactful B2B HRTECH solution in one of the following categories:
- HR Strategy, planning & control
- HR Core operations
- HR Talent management
- Organization, team and productivity
What are the criteria?
Criterium 1: Organization
- Company has its HQ in Belgium
- Company was founded in 2017 or later
- Proven technology: company can present recurring revenue and/or a strong client list
Criterium 2: Innovative character
- Company created its own technology
- Scalable business model
Criterium 3: Results
- Company offers a tech solution for a true need in the HR industry
- ROI for clients using your technology
The selection process
- Nomination Phase: Fill in the application form. Deadline applications: Friday, July 15, 2022, 23:59h. The candidates that match the criteria will be published on HRTech.be by August 3, 2022.
- The shortlist will be published on hrtech.be
- The jury will judge all applications and shortlist 3 candidates per category.
- The winner will be selected through public voting & three expert opinions (40%-60%).
- Public voting will be possible from August 3 till September 25, 2022.
- Public voting ends September 25, 23:59h
- Jury meeting September 26
- Presentation of the HRTECH.awards @ the gala dinner on Wednesday October 5, 2022
