Equal pay for equal work: how data and analytics can help you achieve pay transparency
- The European Parliament has voted the EU pay transparency directive for pay transparency to enforce equal pay for equal work.
- The enforceable aspect of the directive implies a fairly large impact for companies. Additional reporting and analytics need, adjusting recruitment processes and investing in reward policies.
- To be able to respond to these requirements, organisations should start preparing and adjusting their reward strategy, data and processes.
- Attentia is investing to be able to provide end-to-end support for its clients to be able to respond to this challenge. This implies (re)modelling data, building reports and dashboards and prepare analytical scenarios to support needed investments in reward strategy, reward transparency and equal pay .
