Retail Concepts: AS Adventure & Juttu

The goal of this project was to break away from traditional approaches and technologies, and align our performance management and employee evaluation processes with our organisational values: agility, open feedback, communication, and a healthy focus on personal and professional growth. We envisioned a platform that would transform the yearly performance cycle into a transparent continue feedback process that actively involves every employee to take part in their own development journey (bottom-up and top-down). To this end, Retail Concepts (A.S.Adventure & Juttu) formed a strategic partnership with jiGSO, and co-created a web-application that now empowers more than 1250 employees to give feedback, set personal goals, evaluate skills, and have regular 1-on-1s with their manager. Moreover, the project was a comprehensive effort that involved members from all levels of the organisation: from C-level executives to a diverse team of HR-experts, our Sales, IT and marketing departments. In summary, we believe that our project is a testament to Retail Concepts commitment to constant innovation, while never losing sight of our core organisational values. In the end, this project gave rise to a brand new performance management platform that encapsulates our organisational DNA – a platform built not just for us, but with us.

    Pioneer Town

Social Media Recruitment, or attracting talent by approaching candidates through performance marketing on social media, is the future of recruiting. In a market with 200,000 job vacancies and an aging population, old recruitment methods are no longer sufficient. At Pioneer Town, we believe that finding talent is not difficult—you just need to know where and how to look. Through social media recruitment, we help companies find candidates for their roles every day. Automated, optimized, and with a focus on data and storytelling, we assist (innovative) SMEs like Jabbla, scale-ups like Creative Finance, multinationals like the ABEO Group, and giants like AXA Belgium in securing the top talent they need, often within a month. This includes hard-to-fill positions and companies without outstanding employer branding or EVP. Our service is affordable (up to 75% cheaper, from €1.5 per candidate), fast (within a month), transparent (one clear price), quantitative (50 to 200 applications per month), qualitative (with automatic qualification steps), and guaranteed. When we started our journey in January 2024, advanced social media recruitment was not a concept for businesses. No one was searching for it on Google. We believe we have started a revolution with our techniques.
