How can I reach the Handelsbeurs Antwerp?

The Handelsbeurs is only accessible during the event via:
Borzestraat 31, 2000 Antwerp

Public transport: Antwerp Central Station is about a 10-minute walk away. Several trams and buses also stop nearby.
Car: There are several public car parks in the area, such as Parking Handelsbeurs, Parking Meir, Parking Groenplaats, and Parking Hopland.
Bicycle: Bicycle parking facilities are available near the Handelsbeurs.

So do we! Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Sapphire House Antwerp, a beautifully renovated hotel connected to the Handelsbeurs. The hotel is exclusively open for HRTech/LearnTech guests and is the perfect place to unwind before or after the event. You can book your stay easily when purchasing your ticket or afterwards.

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

For the Gala: formal chic with a festive touch.
For the Conferences: business casual. We ask guests to dress in a neat and professional manner, so preferably no jeans or overly casual outfits.

Are vegetarian or vegan options available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both dinner and lunches include vegetarian and vegan options.

Are there smoking areas in the Handelsbeurs?

Accepted Answer

Smoking is not allowed inside the Handelsbeurs. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Can I use the KMO-portefeuille for HRTECH?

Accepted Answer

No, this event is not eligible for the KMO-portefeuille. The subsidy only applies to recognized training and consultancy.

No, printing is not necessary. Your personal QR-code in the event app is sufficient as your entry ticket.

Yes, you can enter at any time during opening hours.
Tip: We recommend being present at the start to not miss inspiring sessions.

Do I need to register for the breakout sessions?

Accepted Answer

No, registration is not required. You are free to choose which sessions to attend. Tip: Use the event app to add your favorite sessions to your personal agenda and set reminders.
