David Stuer

Next Generation Work

David is a researcher at the competence centre Next Generation Work. He has a master’s degree in experimental psychology and a master’s degree in occupational and organisational psychology. He is particularly at home in statistics and quantitative research methodology. His previous research focused on workability and meaningful work in the life sciences sector. He has experience in applying machine learning techniques to HR problems (eg: predicting absenteeism and outflow from the organisation). Currently, as part of an EOS project (CARST: a stakeholder perspective on sustainable careers), he is completing a PhD in which he is trying to extrapolate the Job-Demands Resources model over time, team and organisation.
