I am a results-driven Business Analyst/Application Expert with a track record of success in optimizing HR data processes and supporting strategic workforce intelligence. During my tenure at Telenet, I am responsible for implementing the Strategic Workforce Intelligence framework and continuously improving the integration of Oracle HCM Cloud. I have specialized in different modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, and have a deep understanding of how to translate business needs into functional requirements, as well as experience in User Acceptance Testing and maintenance of the Oracle HCM cloud. I also play a key role in implementing other HR applications that generate employee data like Huapii (Skill profiles), Flowsparks (Learning management), Glint (Survey data), … My ability to work in an Agile environment and my technical and analytical skills have been instrumental in driving successful outcomes for Telenet.

In my free time I like to dedicate my time to family & friends, spiritual development, physical exercise and being in nature. Since 2017 I’m also really into defi, nft’s and blockchain technology.
