Inna Landman

Inna Landman is the SVP, Talent Acquisition, People Experience & Insights at Workday. Inna is focused on hiring extraordinary people and through the use of data analytics, creating remarkable and connected employee experiences to nurture Workday’s culture and overall performance of the company. While permanently based in the United States, Inna is currently on an expatriate assignment in France, helping Workday scale and thrive in EMEA.

Inna joined Workday in 2013 as an HR business partner and has held a number of different HR leadership roles throughout her tenure. In her time at Workday, she’s been focused on helping the company scale from 2,500 employees to now over 18,000 Workmates while cultivating Workday’s culture in hyper growth. 

Prior to Workday, Inna has held a variety of HR roles at different multinational organizations. Inna holds an MS in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University.
