Thomas Dielen

Meet Thomas Dielen, the Customer Success Manager for Belgium at CoachHub, a digital coaching platform provider. As Customer Success Manager, Thomas helps companies with creating and launching successful coaching programs at their companies and guides them through the challenging topics of transformation and human behavioral change. He has over 5 years of experience working with global HR departments from companies such as McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and ArcelorMittal, which has given him great insight into the most important HR challenges and strategies.  

He recently finished an ICF certified coaching course. Coaching has been a passion of his for several years. He believes that coaching is one of the most powerful tools to empower people and organizations and is a vital part of any personal or organizational transformation.  

While Thomas is originally from Belgium and often returns home, he has been living abroad in Latin America and Europe for the past 6 years. Discovering the different cultures but also the same underlying humanness across the world has also been one of his passions in recent years.
