Michael Y. Lee is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and studies novel and innovative approaches to organizing. His research focuses on how organizations can become less hierarchical and instead become more empowering and agile. One stream of his research explores the consequences and dynamics of companies that organize without a conventional hierarchical macro-structure, focusing on how they are able to sustain coordination without traditional management positions and also what types of individuals thrive in such structures. A second stream of research examines how groups can change deeply habituated hierarchical patterns of interaction and instead foster dynamics built on respect, openness, and connectedness.
He is passionate about translating insights from research into practical tools and for practitioners. He teaches a 2-day course on collaborative leadership at Harvard and also works with leaders and organizations to help them cultivate more effective, engaging and empowering work environments.
Michael has worked in a variety of organizational contexts and sectors. Morgan Hyonne is 'Principal Behavioral Scientist' at digital coaching enterprise platform CoachHub. Previously he was the Learning and Development Lead at BCG Digital Ventures, the corporate investment and incubation part of the Boston Consulting Group, where he was chosen as the Employee of the Year.
"Before joining CoachHub, my main job has been to train employees at start-ups on a number of themes at work, such as leadership and creativity. I observed skills developing before my eyes in participants who listened to shared theories and worked on practical exercises. However, for me and my L&D team, it has always been difficult to prove the learning achieved and thus to demonstrate the return on investment of our training courses. My pain was eased when I realized that coaching is in fact a much more effective method of human resources development, and is even more appreciated by employees."

Digital transformers was founded in 2019 with the vision to help customers to get the most out of their HRIS implementation. Mature HRIS systems like Oracle and Workday offer all you need to succeed from a technological point of view. But nevertheless a lot of Digital HR Transformation projects tend to fail. This is where Digital transformers makes a difference. For starters we support our customers from a client side perspective during their HRIS implementation and after go-live, with a focus on aligning the business processes with the new system and integrating the new system with other existing systems. On top of this we identify business process steps that require a lot of manual and repetitive actions, in order to automate them by means of a digital robot. Time and labor intensive steps can be performed 24/7 by a digital robot in different systems in an intelligent way, allowing HR administrators to focus on “HR” in stead of “data entry”.

HR departments sit on a goldmine of data but oftentimes leave it unmined. However, the potential positive impact from moving to a more data-driven HR practice is enormous. Just like marketing does with customer data, HR can apply advanced analytics techniques to understand and predict employee behavior. Not to blame or to judge, but to create the best possible working conditions where people can thrive and, as a consequence, business can flourish.

The next wave of digital transformation is aimed at those without desks
Lieven Bogaert has over 20 years of experience in developing ERP platforms and communication tools for the industry. Together with co-founder Bob Van Cauwenberghe, he founded Alundi in 2017 to offer a solution to the communication challenges of companies with a blue collar workforce. In the course of 2019, Alundi was implemented at the first industrial beta customer and in early 2020, Alundi was officially launched.
Blue collar workers are a very distinct target group and their online/digital behaviour also differs profoundly from what can be observed in knowledge workers. Understanding what the digital gap is for these people and how it can be bridged is the central message Lieven wants to convey. The pandemic has made the urgent need for this digital transformation clearly felt by many company managers. After all, it should be said that during this crisis, many workers were able to keep the economy going, while knowledge workers were able to work from their safe home offices.
Employer Branding? Interesting, important or crucial? After more than 7 year deploying employee advocacy programs for more than 300 customers worldwide, we share insights on the huge impact of engaged co-workers sharing your messages.
After more than 20 years as commercial director in several international companies, Patrick decided to launch Social Seeder with his partners 6 years ago. The reason was that we all underestimate the gigantic power of word of mouth. Along the way, companies forgot how to really communicate with impact.
It’s all about having relevant and authentic messages.
Today, Social Seeder is helping over 250 organisations in their employee advocacy program, and whow…they have learned a lot; the failures, the quick wins, the do’s and don’ts on how to create an authentic footprint as an organization.
Sharing these insights is Patrick's real passion.

With Wenite, organizations can focus on workforce wellbeing with the right data and insights, and with programs and interventions that truly matter for the employee ánd the employer.
Colin strongly believes that when one feels well, one does well. Which is why he’s now one of the co-founders of Wenite, a digital wellbeing management platform that puts employee wellbeing at the heart of organizations. Colin seems to have found a way to combine many of the things he really loves such as sales, entrepreneurship, technology and (self-) improvement. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, sports and traveling and he also leads an international book club called EBBC.
Bart is an engineer with 15 years of professional experience in the energy sector where he headed the Regulatory Affairs Department for Engie in Belux, making him a reference in the field of energy. In 2016 he worked on a joint venture project between Leasco ALD Automotive and energy supplier Engie to launch the leasing of electric vehicles. He founded Stroohm end 2017 to help companies to make the switch towards electric mobility. Begin 2019 Stroohm Services was launched to install charging infrastructure at offices and home locations for fleet customers. Stroohm became a start-up with 25 employees and is still growing fast.
Stroohm is a leading company in the electrification of professional fleets as they are independent experts combining both energy- as automotive know-how. Everything starts with a well-founded analysis of both the financial impact as the technical feasibility of your employees and office to charge an electric fleet. We advise the best charging infrastructure for your needs at the office or home charging for your employees depending on your company opportunities to optimise the electricity costs. We have experienced own installation teams that also execute maintenance and reparations to offer the best service. This makes Stroohm a very known company in this domain for many Belgian SMEs as multinationals.
