Jürgen Ingels is entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He was the founder and CFO of Clear2Pay, a leading payments technology company. Under his leadership, he grew the company to one of the world leaders in payment software with more than 1,200 employees in 14 countries. In 2014, Clear2Pay was sold to FIS (NYSE), of the biggest fintech companies worldwide. Today, Jürgen is managing director of SmartFin, the fund targets promising European technology companies.

Michiel Bearelle is one of the co-founders of Officient, the HR tech start-up that grew by more than 30 employees and 8000 customers in 3 years’ time, and which was recently acquired by Exact. After graduating from Artevelde in Graphic and digital media, he started working for different start- and scale-ups such as Social Express and Teamleader.
In 2017 he decided to take things in a different direction. After being confronted with the hassle sme’s face regarding hr-administration, he decided to found Officient with Michiel Crommelinck, Willem Delbare en Ilias Ismanalijev.
Jonas Pollet is Innovation manager at Partena Professional. He’s responsible for innovation and the lead of PartenaX. In origin he is a master in criminology and in Business Administration. He was bitten by HR and new technologies, which led him to the combination of both in the function of Innovation manager at a big HR service provider.
On a daily basis he develops new products and services to facilitate the HR departments at their customers. Next to his daytime job he teaches “AI in a world of HR” at the Business School and he teaches HR & rewarding at Vives College. With a lot of passion and pleasure, he embodies the change of HR.

An important source of energy and fulfilment for Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens is supporting people, teams and organizations unleashing their strengths, skills and potential. Not in the more traditional way but really ‘from within’ by providing people trust, ownership and healthy reflection. That is the reason why Bruce founded Huapii with two other co-founders.
Before Huapii, Bruce worked 10 years at McKinsey on business and various organizational topics across Europe and the USA. Then, 3 years at Solvay to re-imagine ways of working and as HR Business Partner. And finally a year at Euroclear as Chief Talent Officer.
Ben has travelled around the world for a VRT travel program called Vlaanderen Vakantieland. He currently runs his own travel channel: Evenaar. He is thus crazy about travelling, loves to enjoy life and is always looking for inspirational new experiences. As presenter and moderator, he can supervise debate evenings or events with a great deal of competence and professionalism.
Microsoft Responsibilities/Contributions – Stijn Nauwelaerts is Corporate Vice President, for our GEO HR Organisation. As HR Leader for GEO HR, Nauwelaerts supports the global leaders for all Microsoft countries outside of the US, as well as supporting our Sales and Marketing organization in the US. In this role he drives the people agenda, global talent management, culture work and other strategic people initiatives in developed and emerging markets. Stijn leads a global team of 300 HR professionals committed to empowering the people who empower the planet.
Stijn Nauwelaerts joined Microsoft in 2001 as the HR Country Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux), and since then has held several strategic HR roles with progressive leadership responsibilities. He transitioned from the HR Belux role in 2004 to lead the HR function for the Microsoft EMEA Headquarters in Paris, and in November 2006 was promoted to HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe playing a major role in establishing Microsoft’s new subsidiaries in Eastern Europe with regional HR accountability across 30 countries and 23 subsidiaries. In 2011 Stijn was appointed to General Manager of Human Resources for Microsoft International. In July 2016, in conjunction to the creation of the Global Sales, Marketing and Operations Group, his leadership was extended to Canada, the United States and the Marketing and Operations function.
Pre-Microsoft Work Experience – Stijn spent the first three years of his career in consultancy, followed by a move to the Bank of New York, where he had a variety of roles within the HR function over the course of his seven-year tenure. In his last position, Stijn was the VP of HR for the Brussels and Luxembourg branches of The Bank of New York.
