Meet Thomas Dielen, the Customer Success Manager for Belgium at CoachHub, a digital coaching platform provider. As Customer Success Manager, Thomas helps companies with creating and launching successful coaching programs at their companies and guides them through the challenging topics of transformation and human behavioral change. He has over 5 years of experience working with global HR departments from companies such as McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and ArcelorMittal, which has given him great insight into the most important HR challenges and strategies.
He recently finished an ICF certified coaching course. Coaching has been a passion of his for several years. He believes that coaching is one of the most powerful tools to empower people and organizations and is a vital part of any personal or organizational transformation.
While Thomas is originally from Belgium and often returns home, he has been living abroad in Latin America and Europe for the past 6 years. Discovering the different cultures but also the same underlying humanness across the world has also been one of his passions in recent years.
Inna Landman is the SVP, Talent Acquisition, People Experience & Insights at Workday. Inna is focused on hiring extraordinary people and through the use of data analytics, creating remarkable and connected employee experiences to nurture Workday’s culture and overall performance of the company. While permanently based in the United States, Inna is currently on an expatriate assignment in France, helping Workday scale and thrive in EMEA.
Inna joined Workday in 2013 as an HR business partner and has held a number of different HR leadership roles throughout her tenure. In her time at Workday, she’s been focused on helping the company scale from 2,500 employees to now over 18,000 Workmates while cultivating Workday’s culture in hyper growth.
Prior to Workday, Inna has held a variety of HR roles at different multinational organizations. Inna holds an MS in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University.

Richard Doherty is senior director product marketing at Workday with EMEA-wide responsibilities for Workday’s HCM applications.
Prior to joining Workday, Richard was part of a team that pioneered cloud based recruiting and talent management solutions in Europe. Joining Jobpartners as one of the first employees in 2000, Richard held a number of positions across professional services, sales and marketing, helping Jobpartners grow into one of the market leaders in Europe. In 2011 Jobpartners was acquired by Taleo, the cloud recruiting and talent management leader at the time. Richard subsequently spent time at Taleo and Oracle as HCM Strategy Director before joining Workday in 2015. Richard is a frequent conference speaker and spokesperson for Workday in Europe.
Richard holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

David is a researcher at the competence centre Next Generation Work. He has a master’s degree in experimental psychology and a master’s degree in occupational and organisational psychology. He is particularly at home in statistics and quantitative research methodology. His previous research focused on workability and meaningful work in the life sciences sector. He has experience in applying machine learning techniques to HR problems (eg: predicting absenteeism and outflow from the organisation). Currently, as part of an EOS project (CARST: a stakeholder perspective on sustainable careers), he is completing a PhD in which he is trying to extrapolate the Job-Demands Resources model over time, team and organisation.
It is predicted that by 2045 AI will surpass human intelligence, this is sometimes called technological singularity. Whether this is fact or fiction we will leave open. What we do know is that in recent years AI has been on the rise: Chat GPT, IBM Watson, Tensor Flow and a whole lot of other AI engines are no longer niche names by now. This is no surprise, as AI already promises huge potential to thoroughly shake up today’s workplace as well.
Before I joined Workday I’ve worked 15 years in HR in various roles (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, HR Project Manager), different industries (Tech, Retail, E-commerce…) and even several countries (Belgium, France, Netherlands & USA) I’ve worked 6 years with the Workday solution as a HR Manager here in Belgium.
