In addition to her sales role, she was also responsible for internal and external product and sales training in the Benelux region for over 15 years. Her in-depth knowledge of the Vitra company, ergonomics, sustainability and design history has made her a key speaker at many conferences. In January 2015, Els was appointed Marketing Manager for Benelux, with France added to her marketing responsibilities from 2020.
