Welcome by host Dorien Leyers

Dorien Leyers
Growing up surrounded by music and live entertainment, Dorien Leyers has always felt at ease both on stage and behind the scenes. Despite this creative environment, she pursued a strong academic path, studying culture and languages, which led her to the city archives of Valladolid, Spain, where she completed a degree in History in 2004.
The combination of these diverse worlds has shaped her into the professional she is today. Since 2006, she has worked as an event manager, organizing events for brands such as Nespresso, Club Med, Google, Pfizer, and NN Insurance Belgium. Over the past fifteen years, she has remained closely connected to life on stage, regularly hosting and moderating (inter)national events for clients including Volvo, Nike, EY, Orange, BNP Paribas Fortis, the European Commission, and many others—in Dutch, French, English, and Spanish.

Keynote Helene Guillaume

Helene Guillaume
“The Gift of Now: HR’s Moment to Shape AI Sovereignty”
Helene is the founder and CEO of award winning Wild.AI company. She is also the host of the Wild Performance Podcast, an international keynote speaker, interviewed in publications like Forbes, Refinery29, or Fortune Magazine.
She passionately speaks about disrupting the gender status quo in research and technology, about overcoming setbacks, AI, and managing a fulfilling, sporty, and adventurous life.
We missed the cloud boat—here’s why AI is different
20 years ago, Europe missed the cloud revolution. AWS, Google, and Microsoft now control the infrastructure we depend on. But AI is different. It’s our second chance at sovereignty.
When we look back from 2029, will HR have won the AI revolution? The evidence shows we have agency: AI can either replace people or increase human dignity at work. But this three-year window won’t last.
This keynote explores the strategic imperative of AI sovereignty and provides practical tools for HR leaders to upskill teams, choose the right solutions, and ensure technology serves humanity.
This is the gift of now. HR holds the cards.
