Build belonging, on purpose. As workforces grow more diverse, organisations must turn differences into strength and make culture something people truly experience, not just describe.
This journey focuses on practical DEI, culture design and inclusive leadership that move beyond posters and policies into everyday work. From inclusive hiring to psychological safety, the emphasis is on turning intention into measurable impact.

Give A DAy
Charlotte Vroemans
Charlotte Vroemans helps companies turn good intentions into volunteering programmes their people want to join. At Give a Day, a Belgian social cooperative that makes volunteering easy for citizens, companies and local governments, she sets up corporate volunteering platforms. She guides HR and CSR teams at clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Telenet Group, from the first kick-off to the day employees show up at a local non-profit.

Your values are on the wall. Are they in the calendar?
Most organisations have their values written down. Far fewer give their people a real chance to live them, together. Corporate volunteering can help. But only when it’s more than a yearly day out and a group photo.
Charlotte Vroemans builds corporate volunteering programmes with companies like Johnson & Johnson and Telenet. In this session, she shares what she sees in practice. Why a day at a local nonprofit connects colleagues across teams, roles and backgrounds. Why that effect can fade just as fast. And what the programmes that last have in common, from design and participation to what HR can honestly measure.
Expect real cases, lessons you can use on Monday, and a few things that didn’t work.

MATCH.CAREER
Izzy Claerhout
Izzy Claerhout is a social entrepreneur working to change how the labor market sees people. As co-founder and CEO of match.career, she built a talent matching platform around a simple conviction: a conversation reveals more truth than a CV ever will. The platform’s core innovation, the “silhouette,” is a structured profile created through a motivational interview that maps what gives someone energy and what drains it, never written by the candidate themselves. Developed over six years of R&D within De Cronos Groep and launched commercially in 2026, the methodology is designed to surface real potential, not polished self-presentation.
The same conviction, that too much talent goes unseen because it doesn’t fit the format, led her to co-found School of Work vzw, a nonprofit creating accredited diploma pathways through project-based workplace learning: an alternative for fast-learning students who don’t thrive in conventional education, a path Izzy knows firsthand as someone who left higher education herself.
Based in Ghent, Izzy has been active in the Cronos ecosystem for almost a decade. Across her ventures, the pattern is consistent: replace broken defaults with structured, human-centered alternatives, so talent stops being lost to formats that never fit.
Izzy Claerhout
People come without a user manual. We built them one.
Every candidate arrives with a pile of building materials: skills, degrees, experience, references. Impressive piles, sometimes. But nobody ships their user manual: the part that tells you what someone can actually build with all that, what drives them, what gives them energy and what drains it, and in which context they’ll thrive instead of merely function. So we hire on the materials, and we’re surprised when the construction doesn’t always hold under pressure.
At match.career we’re building people’s user manuals. We’re calling them silhouettes: profiles that emerge from structured conversations and collective intelligence with AI, capturing drives, energy, values, and the context where someone flourishes. Because the same skills in a different context give a different result, and that difference is where hiring truly succeeds or fails.
In this talk Izzy will show what’s in the manual, how a single conversation produces it, and what changes when you match people on where they thrive instead of what they list: better hires, departures you see coming, and talent that stops being invisible.

Matcher
“Great profile, wrong fit” — and why we keep hiring them anyway
Every HR professional has made that hire: strong CV, good interview, gone in a year. Not a
skills problem — a fit problem. Yet fit is the one thing we rarely measure early, because
traditional assessments are too expensive and too heavy for the top of the funnel. This session
shows how culture fit can be assessed inside a low-threshold application flow itself: seven
dimensions, two-way matching where no profile is “better”, and no per-candidate assessment
invoice.

More than employee wellbeing. We make health measurable.
The future of HR is driven by data, technology and informed decision-making. From leadership and performance management to learning, recruitment and culture, organisations are increasingly expected to make people decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
At Yoboo, we believe employee wellbeing deserves the same approach.
We help organisations gain real insight into the lifestyle, energy and wellbeing of their employees through science-backed Health Scans, inspiring Powertalks and data-driven insights. Because you can’t improve what you don’t measure.
But measurement is only the beginning. By transforming insights into personalised guidance, coaching and sustainable behaviour change, we help organisations create healthier, more engaged and higher-performing workforces.
For HR leaders, this means moving beyond traditional wellbeing initiatives and making smarter decisions based on real data. Understanding what your people truly need. Investing where it creates the greatest impact. Building a culture where wellbeing, performance and growth reinforce one another.
In a world where data is reshaping every aspect of HR, health and wellbeing should be measurable too.
Measure. Understand. Improve.

Mova Kompas: your change, your direction.
This 10-minute HR Tech pitch introduces Mova Kompas as a practical and human-centered
way to make change more manageable for HR teams. Instead of presenting a list of
features, the pitch should start with a situation many HR professionals recognize: a well-
intended change initiative that is announced clearly but does not truly land in the
organisation.
For example, HR may introduce a new performance review approach with more frequent
feedback conversations instead of one annual review moment. The new process is
communicated, templates are shared, and managers receive a short briefing. Yet after a few
months, many teams fall back into old habits: managers postpone the conversations;
employees are unsure what is expected of them, and HR receives the same practical
questions again and again. The initiative loses momentum, not because the idea is wrong,
but because the change has not been actively guided, embedded, and followed up.
That is the pain Mova Kompas responds to. Many organisations know that change is
essential, but HR teams often lack the time, structure, or specialist change expertise to
support every transition from start to finish. They need more than a generic AI tool, but do
not always have the budget or need for a full consultancy trajectory. Mova Kompas positions
itself as the third way: digital support where possible, human expertise where needed.
Through a clear step-by-step plan, a practical dashboard, and tailored advice, Mova Kompas
helps HR and leadership teams keep grip on the change process. It makes the next actions
visible, supports better alignment, and helps teams move from awareness to concrete
implementation. At the same time, organisations keep a short line to Mova’s change experts
whenever deeper reflection, guidance, or intervention is needed.
The pitch should therefore feel warm, direct, and practical. It should make the HR challenge
recognizable, show how Mova Kompas lowers the threshold for structured change support,
and end with one simple call to action: inviting visitors to request a short demo, scan a QR
code, or leave their details for a Mova Kompas scan.
